Construction Process
Structured, transparent, and reassuring support at every step
First Meeting
Discovering your project and defining your goals: personal residence or rental investment.
Reservation & Launch
Deposit of 15,000 USD. It secures the land and launches the procedures. Company or fideicomiso formation fees are separate, at the client's expense, and not included in this deposit.
Land Acquisition
Full payment of the land and notary fees. Once the escritura is signed in your name, the land belongs to you.
Project Finalization
Meeting with the construction team: selection of finishes and materials (floors, walls, doors, etc.).
Start of Construction
Payment of 30% of the construction amount.
Construction Monitoring
Weekly report from our team on your access portal. On-site visit possible if you wish to come in person.
Delivery
Key handover.
